How to use Samsung Members Diagnostics

With the Diagnostics feature in the Samsung Members app, you can check several aspects of your smartphone to make sure everything is working properly. You can also share info with other Samsung users, read news, tips and more thanks to the Samsung Members app.

Before you use the Diagnostics feature, be sure to verify that your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps: Device settings > Software update.

Check your device's status using the diagnostic tool in the Samsung Members app. You can select individual categories to diagnose or perform a full diagnostic check. Once the diagnosis is complete, you can select the corresponding icon to view the results and status of your device. Follow these steps to begin the diagnostic test.

Step 1. Open the Samsung Members app and select Support at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2. Go to Phone Diagnostics.

Step 3.Press Test All.

Step 4. Your Galaxy phone will then perform the checks.

Step 5. Follow the instructions to complete the check.

Step 6. When necessary, you may need to manually run or interact with the corresponding function.

Step 7. If you prefer, you can select specific functions and start the diagnostics directly to get started.

Step 8. If you are using the individual diagnosis, you will be able to see the results once the check is complete.

If you encounter an unexpected issue while using your Galaxy device, please try submitting an error report through the Samsung Members app. Attaching a log file will greatly help us analyze the cause of the issue. After analyzing the log file and confirming the cause of the issue, we will submit a response through Samsung Members.

Step 1. Open the Samsung Members app and select Support at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2. Scroll down and select Send Feedback.

Step 3. Select the problem that is occurring from the list.

Step 4. Choose the frequency of the problem that occurred and click the airplane icon to submit your report.

If you experience any issues with your phone's performance after the test, you can report it through Samsung Members by following these steps:

Step 1. Press and hold the Samsung Members app.

Step 2. Select Error reports.

Step 3. Choose the category of the report you are going to send.

Step 4. Enter the details of the problem or attach a video or screenshot to make it easier to understand, when finished press the Send icon.
